Biv-Wak Shelter

The Biv-Wak is a quick solution to take cover for a sudden rain storm or set up to stay dry during soggy weather. It weighs less than 3oz and uses one of the legs from the Top Hand Tripod for a support pole. It stakes out at 6 points and uses a single guy rope. It also works great as a wind break during extended glassing sessions, or you could even bivy out using it to keep the dew off overnight. It has a three sided footprint and made from 1025D hard structure Tyvek that has been pre conditioned so it is quieter and taunt when set up. The white Tyvek is highly visible to use as a marker, signal, and in some cases can be beneficial to show other hunters you are hunting that area so there's no unexpected surprises. It can also attract the curiosity of some game animals. And of course it is highly camouflaged in the snow. You can also use it as a tarp during field processing game and it's even cheap enough to be cut up and turned into game bags. Tyvek is 100% recyclable.
