Refund policy

We have a 30-day full refund return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a full refund return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Custom made tripods are non returnable.

Shipping Damage
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

90 Day Recon Unit tripods Guarantee

If for whatever reason you are not satisfied or simply don't want your Top Hand Tripod you have 90 days (for Recon units) from the purchase date to initiate a return. Read over the Soundness Guarantee page for details and instructions on returning a tripod. All tripods are non refundable after the Guarantee period.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Custom made tripods; sale items; gift cards; promo gift items; any item with asserted defects caused by modification, unauthorized service, misuse, abuse, or acts of nature. 


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Custom tripods can not be exchanged.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if a refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
